What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived and you're getting worried, just contact us and we will be happy to chase it up for you.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
The first thing to do is not worry, just send us your order number and a photo of the damage and send it to hello@gift.monster and then once we have received proof we will send a new one out to you!
Do you accept returns?
Here at Gift Monster, we're confident that you'll love your item - in fact we're so confident that we probably don't even need to offer a return policy!
However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase then don't worry - just send it back to us within 30 days of purchase, in its original condition of course, and we'll offer a full refund or replacement, no quibbles. We'll even fully refund all the P&P costs - you just need to message us first to sort out the return. How much easier could it be?!
